Sioux Falls, SD - Building on the success of ComEdge 4.0, Software Alternatives announced the immediate availability of their updated release, ComEdge Version 4.1. Software Alternative responds to requests from their customers to continuously integrate new functionality enhancements and refine the ComEdge Suite package. With this new release, enhanced materials management, retail point of sale, accounts payable, purchasing, job accounting and executive review features have been redesigned to give users increased control over their daily operations and managers more power over their organization.
The ComEdge Enterprise Suite continues to evolve the graphical user interface enhancements introduced in Version 4.0, adding new areas of integration with Microsoft Office and other desktop applications. Additional handheld/PDA features have been added to ComEdge to help customers meet the needs of an increasingly mobile workforce, both in the workplace as well as in the field.
